What Will You Do All Day?

Connect with Clients: Conduct discovery calls to understand their company, culture, and hiring needs.
Craft Job Descriptions: Post on job boards and source both active and passive candidates.
Communicate: Keep clients and candidates updated with regular feedback.
Collaborate: Work with your team, share advice, and support each other.
Find the Perfect Fit: Screen candidates, focusing on skills and cultural fit, and use our scoring system to ensure the best matches.
Be a Matchmaker: Advocate for clients and candidates through clear, open communication.

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in diversified recruiting (Medical, Legal, Construction, etc.)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Integrity, motivation, adaptability, authenticity, and a people-focused mindset.
Organizational skills to track activity and outreach.
Tech-savviness, with experience in ATS tools being a plus.
Self-motivation and reliability.
Open and honest communication.
Experience in customer service, business development, or recruiting.
A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
