Front Desk Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and general inquiries. This role is responsible for answering phones, routing calls to the appropriate internal departments, and supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks across the organization.
This is an entry-level administrative coordination role ideal for individuals who are comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams while managing multiple requests in a structured and professional manner. No prior industry-specific experience is required, as all systems and workflows will be taught.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound phone calls during scheduled business hours
Route calls and requests to the appropriate department (Service, Billing, Accounting, Projects, Receiving, etc.)
Serve as a communication hub between clients, internal staff, and field personnel
Log messages, service requests, and follow-ups accurately
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, email coordination, and scheduling support
Support internal operations and client-fulfillment workflows as assigned
Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced service environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette English and Spanish
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented business environment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software systems quickly (training provided)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and focused during desk-based work
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior administrative, office support, or customer service experience
Experience handling inbound calls or front desk responsibilities
Familiarity with service-based or operations-driven businesses
