The Client Intake Specialist plays a critical role in the growth and success of our firm by handling incoming inquiries, following up on leads, and converting prospects into clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and experience in a sales or lead follow-up role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, web forms, and chat inquiries from prospective clients
- Conduct initial screenings to assess potential client needs and determine case eligibility
- Follow up consistently on sales leads to ensure timely contact and maximum conversion rates
- Accurately enter and update client information in the CRM system
- Coordinate consultations between prospects and attorneys
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused approach with all potential clients
- Track lead sources and contribute to intake reporting and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to optimize intake and follow-up processes
- 2+ years of experience in client intake, sales, or lead follow-up (law firm or legal industry experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with professionalism and poise
- College Degree Required
