Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Office Furniture Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with specialized knowledge of commercial office furniture systems and proficiency in key design software. This role requires a combination of technical skills, product knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Technical Expertise: Create and present office furniture layouts and designs using software such as CET, AutoCAD, 20/20 Giza, and CAP Specification tools.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize expertise in commercial office furniture brands such as Allsteel, HON, Gunlocke, Global, OFS, and DIRTT to recommend and incorporate suitable solutions for clients.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage multiple design projects, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, present design ideas, and address any concerns during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, project managers, and installation teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CET, AutoCAD, 20/20 Giza, CAP Specification tools, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial office furniture products, with preferred experience in Allsteel, HON, Gunlocke, Global, OFS, and DIRTT.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication skills in both English and Spanish.
