Summary: The Customer Service Clerk  will be responsible for providing
general office support and exceptional customer service. This role involves handling various clerical
tasks, answering calls, managing customer queries, and assisting with administrative duties.

Essential Functions:
1. Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
2. Take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
3. Provide callers with company information and assist with directions.
4. Manage customer queries and process work orders.
5. Resolve work order complaints and assist with electronic filing.
6. Assist with homeowner/condo association approvals.
7. Cooperate in maintaining data collection systems and database management.
8. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
9. Serve customers by providing service information and resolving issues.
10. Open customer records and resolve problems efficiently.
11. Contribute to team efforts and maintain positive relationships.

Required Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of clerical or administrative experience
• Strong telephone skills and proficiency in English & Spanish
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and general office machines
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Experience with data entry and database system
