Job Summary

Client & Employee Relationship Supervisor is responsible for managing client relationships, supervising internal teams, and ensuring high levels of service delivery and employee engagement. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client communication outside daily operations while overseeing administrative, performance, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is bilingual English–Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in people management and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management (non-operational).

  • Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients through regular follow-ups.

  • Identify, escalate, and report client concerns, feedback, or changes in expectations to leadership.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with client satisfaction KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Coordinate client travel logistics when required, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and local arrangements.

Team Supervision & Employee Support

  • Supervise and support a team of approximately 60 employees.

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings focused on performance, engagement, and employee well-being.

  • Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, productivity, and engagement metrics.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees, including availability outside standard business hours when necessary.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

Administrative & Operational Oversight

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to employee performance, attendance, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure proper tracking and reporting of absences, corrective actions, and compliance records.

  • Coordinate with Human Resources and Training teams for onboarding, development, and performance improvement plans.

  • Analyze performance trends and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans.

  • Participate in internal calibration meetings with operations and client stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with internal departments including Human Resources, Training, Quality, and Operations.

  • Support internal audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, operations supervision, account management, or team leadership.

  • Proven experience managing or supervising large teams (30+ employees preferred).

  • Experience in administrative, people management, or service delivery environments.

  • Prior experience working with international or US-based clients is a plus.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish – required
