Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional service and support. Additionally, this role will involve fulfilling specific responsibilities tailored to three distinct areas within our organization: accounts receivable, order acknowledgements, and returns processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Customer Service Duties:
   - Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
   - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
   - Assist customers with resolving issues or concerns efficiently and courteously.
   - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
   
2.  Accounts Receivable Support:
   - Assist in accounts receivable functions, including making collection calls to customers with past due balances.
   - Work collaboratively with the accounting team to address open balances and discrepancies.
   
3. Order Acknowledgement and Invoice Entry:
   - Review order acknowledgements for accuracy regarding items ordered, pricing, and shipping addresses.
   - Assist with invoice entry for accounts payable as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
   
4. Returns Processing:
   - Coordinate returns process by entering pickups with shipping carriers, primarily FedEx.
   - Follow up with customers regarding return shipments to ensure timely receipt.
   - Assist with issuing credits for returned items in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong English/Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus.
