Position Title: Retirement Services Administrator
Position Description:

The incumbent will support the Director of Retirement Benefits and Retirement Services Specialists with all aspects of a multiple employer retirement savings plan as well as client sponsored retirement plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support to the retirement team

      · Update payroll system with plan rules, employee enrollments, contribution changes, loan set ups and pay offs as provided by record keeper, plan administrator, or client

      · Assist with employee requests for information

      · Approve/deny loan and distribution requests

      · Research and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, loan payments and remittances

      · Fulfill client requests for various reports, i.e. employee census, contributions, etc.

      · Research discrepancy reports and process system corrections accordingly

      · Assist with onboarding new clients onto 401k plans

      · Attend Onboarding meetings for both prospects and clients looking to establish a 401k and/or transfer of an existing plan

      · Assist retirement team with their daily activities and ad hoc project

Experience: Basic knowledge of 401K plans, limits, and administration. Background in customer service a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Specific Skills Needed:

· Strong organizational skills

· Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

· Ability to manage multiple issues under minimal supervision

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and phone presence

· Excellent computer skills, including MS Office

· Intermediate Excel experience preferred

· Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
