Position Title: Compliance - PVU

JOB PURPOSE

The employee will be responsible for ensuring that insurance policies and transactions are processed in accordance with company and agency guidelines. They will need to ensure accurate information, which will require implementing skills and strategies learned through company-provided training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review insurance applications and documents for compliance and adherence.
Stay up to date on insurance underwriting guidelines for various companies.
Monitor operational processes and procedures.
Conduct regular assessments to determine agent compliance with company procedures and protocols.
Manage information flow by researching, recording, and analyzing data and information.
Provide management with daily reports of compliance violations.
Attend ongoing training as necessary to ensure knowledge of the most up-to-date internal policies and compliance with industry laws and regulations.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee may be asked to perform other duties as required by business needs.
