We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our mission of providing exceptional legal services. This role is vital to helping us expand our reach and foster meaningful connections with clients and the community. As a key team member, you will manage client engagement, lead nurturing, and creative marketing initiatives to drive firm growth. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
• Appointment Setting: Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and nurture client relationships.
• Client Follow-Up: Ensure potential clients have all the information needed post-consultation, including sending and following up on representation agreements.
• Billing & Invoicing: Create, send, and follow up on invoices and service agreements.
• Client Engagement: Schedule paid consultations and assist clients with onboarding and initial documentation.
Marketing Coordination:
• Campaign Management: Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including start-to-finish drip campaigns for lead nurturing.
• Content Creation: Assist with social media and website content (editing videos, posts, flyers) and manage content schedules.
• SEO and Digital Presence: Use SEO best practices to optimize content and increase online visibility.
• Event Organization: Help secure and promote speaking engagements and other events to strengthen brand presence.
• Graphic Design: Utilize Canva (or similar tools) to create flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
Requirements:
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Gmail, Google Workspace (Drive, Tasks, Spreadsheets), and Excel.
• Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and experience with video editing, SEO, and WordPress.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow up with leads, build rapport with potential clients and referral sources.
• Graphic Design Skills: Knowledge of Canva or similar tools for designing marketing materials.
