Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Conduct outbound calls and email communication to customers to collect overdue payments.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies through communication with clients and internal teams.
- Work with customers to negotiate payment plans or resolve issues that may delay payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions in the accounting software.
- Monitor accounts for any risk of delinquency and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and contribute to cash flow improvement initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to be professional and assertive in negotiations.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems for managing client accounts and billing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
