Job Title: Financial Clerk
Summary: The Financial Clerk will be responsible for handling multiple accounts/clients, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and performing administrative/clerical duties. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in financial management.

Essential Functions:
- Review invoices and prepare cleared checks.
- Prepare analysis of accounts and conduct reconciliations.
- Perform general ledger entries and resolve reconciliation issues.
- Maintain notes and logs, and perform data entry.
- Compile and maintain accounts payable records.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office equipment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)
