The Opportunity
We are seeking an Experienced and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment. This role combines hands-on case management with training and mentoring responsibilities for new case managers.

  • Coordinate with the team for case updates, task delegation, and project tracking.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — This is a must-have.
  • 3–8 years of personal injury case management experience, with a strong focus on vehicle accident claims.
  • In-depth knowledge of Florida PI laws and procedures; multi-state experience is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with Clio or comparable case management systems.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with remote and multicultural teams.

Additional Requirements
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with all legal and privacy regulations, including HIPAA when handling medical records.
