Position Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and personable Telemarketing & Interview Scheduling Coordinator to help drive our recruiting efforts. This role combines outbound phone outreach, CRM-based lead engagement, and interview scheduling to support our recruiters in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You’ll be the first voice many potential agents hear, so a confident, friendly phone presence is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Lead Engagement
  • Make high-volume outbound phone calls daily to candidates in our CRM (AgencyZoom).
  • Use call scripts and qualifying questions to prescreen leads for interest, availability, and basic fit.
  • Leave compelling voicemails and send follow-up texts/emails when applicable.
  • Update lead status, notes, and outcomes after each call in AgencyZoom.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the recruiter via Calendly or direct outreach.
  • Confirm interview logistics (Zoom/phone/in-person) and send reminders to candidates.
  • Coordinate calendar availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and tags in AgencyZoom.
  • Follow up with no-shows and reschedule as needed.
  • Track and report daily/weekly call volume and conversion rates to recruiter.

Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience working with an insurance company is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • We are seeking assertive, self-motivated individuals who take initiative and work well independently.
