Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive school district participation, engagement, and brand awareness. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the educational sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: o Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our educational services and products. o Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to reach and engage these groups effectively. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
2. Campaign Management: o Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. o Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts. o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
3. Digital Marketing: o Manage the organization’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. o Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
4. Collaboration and Team Leadership: o Collaborate with the CEO to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. o Work closely with CEO and Curriculum and Instruction to understand and promote new offerings. o Lead and mentor Directors, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
5. Conference Materials: o Prepare material for conferences, webinars, and workshops to engage with potential and current customers.
6. Analytics and Reporting: o Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. o Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI. o Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements to marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the educational services or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding in use of AI
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
