Are you passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proactive, organized, and driven to join our growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to source high-quality candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Represent Regis RO at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Profile:

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication English and Spanish and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
