Are you passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proactive, organized, and driven to join our growing HR team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to source high-quality candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.

  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Represent Regis RO at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Ideal Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

  • Strong communication English and Spanish and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
