Job Description: We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to support our data management efforts at ours company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data records. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining organized databases will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks to input and update healthcare-related information into our systems with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify and cross-reference data to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation and quality control of reports and documents.
  • Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies for resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing data management procedures and technologies.
