Marketing Support
JOB PURPOSE
The employee will provide support across brand development, marketing, recruiting, and partnership initiatives. This role is responsible for performing administrative and operational duties for the Marketing Department, including but not limited to conducting market research; composing, preparing, editing, and distributing documents and reports; creating and editing presentations; responding to phone and email inquiries; and maintaining organized files and records.
Additionally, the employee will coordinate department meetings, manage schedules, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and assist with marketing-related projects, event coordination, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for qualified candidates applying to specific job openings, providing accurate and timely information regarding available opportunities.
Collect and review applications and provide preliminary information about the organization and open positions.
Screen candidates and refer qualified applicants for additional interviews with appropriate team members.
Coordinate communications with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and organize employment records for future reference.
Manage databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
Compose, prepare, and edit presentations and related materials.
Participate in ongoing training to remain current on internal policies and ensure compliance with applicable industry laws and regulations.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will frequently move throughout the work location, sit for extended periods, use a computer, communicate verbally, read and write, concentrate, reason, analyze information, and perform basic calculations.
