Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and client-focused Customer Service Representative with strong verbal English skills to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by effectively handling both incoming and outgoing calls.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to provide information, follow-ups, or reminders to clients.
Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Assist clients with account changes, policy questions, and other service requests.
Address customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal English communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
