POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a qualified Staffing Administrator to join our team.
The Staffing Administrator will provide support to the Implementation Department for all regions by managing our staffing clients’ needs with regards to providing approval and pricing for workers comp class codes for each new customer by coordinating with Underwriting and Pricing Departments. Staffing Administrator will also respond to customer queries.  This position will interact with a diverse group of external and internal contacts at all levels within the organization.

An ideal candidate will have knowledge of the staffing industry, workers’ compensation, customer service best practices, and be goal oriented. You will have the ability to manage and execute the coordination of multiple projects within required timeframes and expectations; demonstrated excellence in communication skills; be able to inform both orally and in writing; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks; interact, coordinate, follow up, and effectively communicate with team members, regional teams, Senior Management, and Third-Party Administrators. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with Staffing clients on a daily basis, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure SLA of 4-hour response time is met for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Clients and Internal teams by tracking, submitting, and following up on new customer requests
  • Responsible for transferring data from Excel worksheet into database systems
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Manage staffing tracking tools and report on important information
  • Review specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
  • Proven work experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent customer service, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Hands on experience with PrismHR (preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS & Outlook
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
