Role Overview
The Benefits Data & Systems Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our client service team by ensuring employee and benefits information is accurately entered, maintained, and reported within our technology platforms. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn benefits administration systems (training provided).

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management
  • Enter and update employee and benefit plan information in agency systems (training on Employee Navigator will be provided).
  • Review census data and enrollment files for accuracy.
  • Generate reports and exports for carriers, payroll, and HR teams.
  • Client & Team Support
  • Assist account managers with client onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service needs.
  • Communicate with HR contacts to collect and verify employee data.
  • Provide timely updates on enrollment changes, terminations, and eligibility.
  • Process & Compliance Support
  • Maintain organized records of benefits documents and plan details.
  • Support the team with compliance reporting (ACA, COBRA, ERISA) by ensuring accurate data flow.
  • Help identify and resolve discrepancies between systems, carriers, and payroll providers.
Qualifications
  • Experience in data entry, payroll, HR support, or benefits administration preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Excel and online systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new platforms and processes.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll platforms, or benefits technology a plus.
  • Prior work in HR, payroll, or insurance/brokerage environment.
