Position Summary
The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in our operations team by identifying, vetting, and placing qualified educators and tutors to meet the academic needs of our partners. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and client success teams to ensure efficient and accurate staffing of roles in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the placement of tutors, teachers, and support staff across client programs and schools.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate availability, assignments, and performance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to screen and onboard new candidates.
• Match qualified candidates to open positions based on experience, availability, and client needs.
• Communicate staffing updates and changes to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, time tracking, and reporting of staff hours and placements.
• Ensure compliance with hiring requirements, background checks, and credentialing.
• Troubleshoot staffing conflicts or last-minute changes in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR, education, or Psychology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or scheduling software is a plus.
