Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive training framework for our growing team. As part of our business venture specializing in accident insurance, this individual will document processes, create training materials, and provide effective training for new hires brought on through Regis RO. The ideal candidate will bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to simplifying complex tasks and preparing team members for success—especially in client-facing roles involving phone dialogue and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to document and refine operational processes as they are developed.
- Develop structured training programs focused on preparing staff to handle client communications, including phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and following up effectively.
- Create detailed, results-driven training materials such as manuals, guides, scripts, and digital tools.
- Conduct engaging training sessions to ensure team members can confidently and professionally interact with clients over the phone.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance reviews, and measurable outcomes, ensuring the team is prepared and meeting targets.
- Continuously update training content as processes, client needs, and tools evolve.
- Provide feedback and actionable steps to improve team readiness and performance in client-facing responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and development, particularly in managing large-scale programs and client-facing teams.
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex processes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Experience in training phone etiquette, scheduling, and follow-up protocols for client interactions.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating professional training materials using modern tools and platforms.
- Results-driven mindset, focused on team readiness and performance improvement.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on process optimization and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in legal services or accident insurance.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and related technology tools
