Job Summary:
Provide strategic marketing, creative consultation, and design directions to meet the Company objectives. Manage production of Company’s publications, web and print materials, signage, infographics, exhibits, and web graphics from conception to implementation. Responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of materials using illustrative, typographic, photographic, videography, and graphic elements. Create visual solutions that ensure that designs reflect the company branding. Responsible for social media management and for photography and videography in order to expand Company graphic/video library.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animations, video, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in developing marketing concepts for a variety of projects.
- Liaison between Social Media Consultants and the Companies, this includes scheduling for the product to be photographed/videotaped and ensuring that the SM Consultants meets our Company’s standards and branding.
- Research and identify digital and social media trends.
- Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs and initiatives together with the social media company, if applicable.
- Ensure that printing costs are competitive and cost effective.
- Consult, propose, and assist in developing unique business partnerships or marketing initiatives.
- Participate effectively on project teams and coordinate broadly with the Company staff to establish communication objectives and develop effective visual solutions.
- Manage projects to ensure quality and consistency with Company branding.
- Prepare electronic files for print publications, exhibits, promotional material, electronic presentation, using the most appropriate technology.
- Monitor performance of outside vendors of specialty products, designers, illustrators, photographers.
- Collect and analyze data to develop or adjust marketing and/or PR plans.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be creative and “think outside the box”.
- At least three years of related experience required.
