Where do you fit into our Story?
As Helpdesk Support, you are on the front lines between users and tech you will assist the Manager and IT department in supporting the user base across all technology facets, with the overall maintenance of computer and communication technology systems in order to ensure that everyone in the office has support with PC, Smartphone, Office 365, Zoom, & Printers. You are approachable and always ready (sometimes after hours) to solve problems and provide support with a multitude of computer maintenance and repair tasks. You shed light through assisting others and with you, all-things technology just works.
Your profile:
• You are self-led and confident to work independently
• Driven by technology, you have advanced knowledge of PC Hardware, Microsoft Platforms, Apple/IOS platforms and Cloud Services
• Computers, and beyond—you will be required to oversee the functionality of printers, scanners, digitals cameras, multi-function machines, Networks, Security Best Practices, and Smartphones.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to troubleshoot and repair printing problems as well as Cisco Aironet Wireless network hiccups. and research for solutions across a variety of hardware and application issues.
• A first face of technological support: you install computer hardware and software for new and existing employees.
• At the helm of the ship—you operate network servers, personal computers, AS/400 mainframe, dumb terminals, modems, routers, hubs & switches, electrical tools and other office equipment with absolute confidence and ease.
• You will work side by side with veteran IT Professionals, Vendors and Consultants which will increase your experience in Servers, Networks, and Telephony systems
Helpful Prerequisites:
- At least 2 years of college
- Any technical or Specialty degree/certification in Computers networks, or Cyber Security. E.g. MSP,A+, etc..
- 1-2 year’s experience
- Experience with Office 365 User management (Create a user, reset a password)
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience
- Fluent in English/Spanish
