Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Legal Recruiter with experience (or strong interest) in legal recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal market, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify, attract, and place highly qualified legal professionals with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, recruit, and place attorneys (with a primary focus on Florida, U.S. litigation, and Of Counsel roles).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and attorneys.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: from candidate sourcing and client intake to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Stay informed about legal market trends, salary benchmarks, and practice area demands.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (legal recruiting strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preffered or prior legal experience is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry, particularly litigation and partner/Of Counsel hiring.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in both English and Spanish.
