We are seeking a talented and meticulous Engineering AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in drafting comprehensive construction documents across various project types, including residential, commercial, and industrial. In this crucial role, you will leverage AutoCAD and Revit software to produce precise and detailed construction drawings and plans, contributing to the success of our engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Detailed Drawings: Develop and draft accurate construction documents and drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design work is precise and meets project requirements.
- Utilize Advanced Software: Use AutoCAD and Revit software to generate and modify architectural and engineering drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize Documentation: Maintain and organize project files, ensuring that all documentation is current and accessible.
- Ensure Compliance: Review and verify drawings to ensure they comply with project specifications, local building codes, and industry standards.
- Prepare Technical Documents: Assist in the preparation of technical documents and reports as needed.
- Resolve Issues: Coordinate with team members to address and resolve any design or drafting-related challenges.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards, drafting techniques, and software advancements to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drafting construction documents for diverse project types.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
