Position: Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Certified Public Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks, an understanding of basic accounting, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Sending proposals
- Taking notes on Zoom meetings
- Emails and drafts emails
- Following up on emails
- Some basic form of data entry of excel files, for example putting bank statements transactions in excel or just excel based analysis.
- Writing; could drafting a non-AI based article on important topics, for example, Why DE based entities could be better. Will be used on the website.
- Business and tax research
- Calling clients
- Time tracking
- Familiarity with basic accounting and tax processes.
- Good writing skills in English and good English speaker.
- Experience with virtual tools such as Zoom.
