Job Title: Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

Work with the Marketing and FMM team, sales agencies, tasting agency partners, 1099 tasting agents, in-house design team, national account agency, and other cross-functional partners to develop below-the-line (BTL), omnichannel programming that drives commercial growth.
Recruit, retain and manage as many of our own in-house tasting people as possible
Work with Marketing and in-house design team on POS ideation, creation, ordering and fulfillment logistics
Develop commercial programming and tools that drive distribution, rate of sale, and volume through working with partners listed above
Craft compelling sales stories and required tools (e.g., sell sheets, sell decks), bringing a competitive advantage by thinking outside the box in tool delivery (e.g., print vs. dynamic mobile content)
Assist with agencies from brief to implementation for all BTL programming for both brick-and-mortar and digital channels
Support ROI analysis of all BTL programming, acting decisively to adapt existing programming to drive greater commercial return
Ensure adherence to BTL marketing budgets by focusing on ROI efficiency
Plan, implement, and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, considering commercial frameworks and relevant metrics
POS ordering and administrative duties
