Job Summary:
The Data Analyst plays a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This position involves collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to help the organization identify trends, measure performance, and optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preparation: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Data Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical methods to explore data sets, identify trends, and uncover insights that drive business strategies and process improvements.
• Data Visualization: Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate data findings.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, provide analytical support, and translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in statistical and analytical software such as R, Python, or SPSS; proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (including Macros).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, recognize patterns, and derive meaningful conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach business challenges with a data-driven mindset and propose effective, evidence-based solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and precision when working with data sets and preparing analytical reports.
