Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Recruiter to oversee and support the daily operations of the recruiting team while actively participating in full-cycle recruitment efforts.

This role will serve as a bridge between recruiters, leadership, and clients, helping maintain recruitment performance, process consistency, and communication flow, while also managing assigned openings and hiring goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of recruiters in day-to-day recruitment activities
  • Actively manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Monitor open positions and hiring progress to ensure timelines and hiring goals are met
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing strategies, escalations, and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings regarding recruiting updates and workforce planning
  • Ensure recruiting processes and communication standards are followed
  • Review candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics regularly
  • Help maintain recruiter productivity, accountability, and overall team performance
  • Coordinate hiring priorities with Operations, HR, and clients
  • Support onboarding coordination and hiring logistics when needed
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior recruiters
  • Help improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and overall candidate experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Previous leadership or team coordination experience 
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments
  • English proficiency 
  • Experience in BPO, staffing, or nearshore recruitment
