Position Summary
he Social Media Coordinator is responsible for editing, captioning, optimizing, and publishing daily content across personal and business platforms. This role executes the company’s marketing strategy through reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and long-form YouTube videos. All content must be optimized to attract and engage our defined target persona while maintaining brand consistency and high production quality. The coordinator supports audience growth, event promotion, and lead generation through strategic storytelling and daily calls-to-action.

Performance Objectives
1. Publish high-quality reels daily across required platforms.
2. Edit and publish optimized long-form YouTube videos aligned with brand strategy.
3. Create engaging carousels and static posts that support marketing campaigns and positioning.
4. Post stories throughout the day that include strategic calls-to-action designed to generate qualified leads within our target market.
5. Ensure every piece of content is optimized to attract, engage, and convert our defined target persona.
6. Promote company events, workshops, webinars, and brand initiatives across platforms.
7. Write compelling, brand-aligned captions optimized for engagement and conversion.
8. Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for discoverability and retention.
9. Maintain strict posting consistency and content calendar discipline.
10. Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets efficiently.
11. Track and report analytics related to reach, engagement, audience growth, and lead attribution.
12. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Key Competencies
1. Proficiency in short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
2. Long-form YouTube editing capability
3. Strong copywriting for captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
4. Understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
5. Knowledge of YouTube SEO optimization
6. Ability to create carousels and static graphics aligned with brand standards
7. Strong understanding of persona-based marketing
8. Attention to detail and brand voice consistency 9. Time management and deadline discipline
10. Ability to analyze content performance and optimize accordingly
11. Creative storytelling ability
12. Professional communication and collaboration skills

Education and Experience
● Experience managing or executing social media content for a personal brand or business.
● Demonstrated portfolio of reels, carousels, stories, and long-form YouTube videos.
● Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
● Experience promoting events, webinars, or workshops preferred.
● Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred but not required.
