Job Title: Social Media & SEO Marketing Specialist
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media & SEO Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our social media and SEO efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, optimizing content for search engines, and driving leads to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns, driving organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content across all social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
• Optimize companies’ online presence by developing and executing an effective SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to companies’ website and digital properties.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and SEO performance, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns that drive high-quality leads.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, SEO, and digital marketing to ensure company remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and potential partners to increase companies’ reach and authority.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and SEO, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media and SEO strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
