Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized, discerning, and professional Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the candidate screening and interview process for prospective sales professionals and agency staff. You will work hand-in-hand with our Interview Scheduling Coordinator, who will fill your calendar with qualified leads, allowing you to focus on evaluating talent, protecting our time, and selecting only those who are the right F.I.T. (Future, Income, Team) for our organization.
In addition to recruiting, this role will coordinate team meetings, manage our training calendar, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
  • Conduct structured phone or Zoom interviews with pre-screened candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates for culture fit, motivation, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset using F.I.T. (Future, Income, Team) criteria.
  • Disqualify or redirect candidates who are not aligned with our standards or goals.
  • Maintain detailed notes, tags, and statuses in AgencyZoom CRM.
  • Provide timely follow-up to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Recruiting Pipeline & Coordination
  • Collaborate daily with the Scheduling Coordinator to ensure your calendar is optimized with qualified candidates.
  • Ensure smooth handoff between initial outreach and interviews.
  • Track candidate flow, interview outcomes, and hiring metrics.
Calendar Management & Training Coordination
  • Manage and schedule internal meetings, 1-on-1s, team calls, and hiring manager syncs.
  • Own the training calendar for new agents and team members (onboarding, licensing support, weekly workshops).
  • Send calendar invites, confirmations, and reminders as needed.
  • Communicate changes or updates in training schedules to all participants.
Requirements:
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong communication English and Spanish and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
