Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
- Responsible for timely responses to all sales lead’s inquiries. Customer call back and customer email communication is key in this position.
- Must submit preliminary estimates after customer is qualified and align leads to salespeople on the sales team for follow up.
- Utilize various sources such as databases, social media, industry events, and networking to identify prospects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation:
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels including cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Introduce the company's products or services to prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand prospect needs and challenges to position the company's offerings as solutions.
- Provide relevant information, resources, and support to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to facilitate smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Keep detailed records of lead generation activities, including contact information, interactions, and outcomes.
- Generate reports on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and tracking.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
