Position Overview:
The Eligibility Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining employee benefits eligibility information. This role supports the administration of benefit enrollments and changes, ensuring all data is processed in a timely and compliant manner.

Position Overview:
The Eligibility Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining employee benefits eligibility information. This role supports the administration of benefit enrollments and changes, ensuring all data is processed in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee terminations and update eligibility records accordingly
- Administer COBRA enrollments and ensure proper documentation and timelines are met
- Enter new hire information and benefits elections into applicable systems
- Handle employee reinstatements and restore eligibility as required
- Process newborn additions and dependent updates
- Manage Employee Navigator imports and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Previous data entry or benefits administration experience preferred
- Familiarity with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fast paced, detail oriented office environment
- Collaborative team setting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
