Job Description:The Program Support Specialist (PSS) is an integral member of the Program Support Team, responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient back-end operations for tutoring programs. The PSS plays a vital role in facilitating program startup, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting data, materials, and systems needed to ensure school and student success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and education data platforms
- Effective communicator with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Previous experience in education support or logistics preferred
- Facilitate administrative and technical setup for program startup.
- Input and manage student and program data across multiple platforms.
- Generate and compile assessment, survey, and attendance reports.
- Assist with documentation for program compliance and invoicing.
- Communicate with Regional Directors and PCs to support program readiness.
Program Start-Up:
- Create FastBridge, i-Ready, and IXL logins as needed
- Set up schools and student rosters in C.OOOL
- Request survey links and bridge packets for PCs
- Submit assessment requests when applicable
- Create and share Master School Compilation Sheet
- Pull weekly attendance data and report missing entries
- Complete prescribing sheets for curriculum decisions
- Request curriculum from supply team
- Compile and organize BOY, MOY, and EOY student surveys and assessments
- Pull and save FastBridge reports
- Facilitate and finalize invoicing with documentation
- Prepare Flat File reports as needed
- Schedule and manage Zoom sessions for virtual programs
- Assigned to approximately 100 schools per year
- Typically manages 2–3 full program cycles
- Works daily with the National Director of Program Support and receives direction from the Regional Director of Program Support
