This individual will be responsible for managing our Meta Facebook platform, overseeing our Facebook marketing budget, and ensuring optimal performance across all campaigns. This role does not involve content creation but focuses on the strategic management of our marketing dollars, making daily adjustments to stay on track with our budget, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Meta Business Platform for Facebook, ensuring that all campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage Facebook marketing dollars, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget and achieve desired outcomes.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to reduce costs while maintaining or improving campaign effectiveness.
- State-Specific Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations on the most cost-effective states to target, ensuring that our marketing efforts are optimized across all 19 states we operate in.
- Cost Per Click (CPC) Management: Track and manage CPC, ensuring it remains within acceptable limits and making adjustments as needed to optimize spending.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, budget status, and cost-saving initiatives. Present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and analytics team to ensure that platform management aligns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Meta Platform Expertise: Proven experience in managing Meta Business Platforms, including advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Social Media Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly on Facebook.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and optimizing budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective results.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in campaign performance, and implement changes to maximize ROI.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tracking tools, pixel implementation, and integrating third-party data sources into Facebook campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure platform management aligns with overall marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing campaigns across multiple states or regions.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance, health services, or related industries.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
